Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit www.upfrontautomations.com , submit a Workflow Fit Review request, create or use an account, contact us, or work with us.

This site is owned and operated by Upfront Automations ("we," "us," or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we collect, store, use, and share it, your choices and rights, and how to contact us with questions. Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Use.

For purposes of this policy, "personal information" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, or workflow information you choose to share with us.

Who We Are

Upfront Automations is an Idaho-based family business that helps solo operators and small teams choose, build, fix, and support practical AI workflow automation systems. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, you can contact us at hello@upfrontautomations.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few main ways:

  1. Information You Choose to Give Us

    You may provide personal information when you request a Workflow Fit Review, contact us by email, use a form, create or update an account, ask about paid services, or work with us on an automation project. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery preference, company or team details, workflow descriptions, files, tool names, system information, and any other details you choose to share.

  2. Information Collected Automatically

    When you visit this website, we may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, UTM parameters, approximate viewport size, whether your browser sends privacy signals, and basic site interactions such as clicks or form-start events.

  3. Information Related to Service Work

    If you hire us or ask us to review a workflow, you may choose to give us access to business systems, sample records, documents, prompts, automations, CRM fields, help desk details, inbox examples, or similar operational information. We use that information to evaluate, build, repair, support, and document the work you requested.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to questions, fit review requests, and service inquiries;
  • Review workflows and recommend, build, fix, launch, or support automation systems;
  • Send requested confirmations, follow-ups, service updates, and administrative messages;
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve this website and our internal processes;
  • Measure site traffic, conversions, and page performance; and
  • Meet legal, accounting, security, and business record obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing

Cookies are small files saved on your device that help websites work, remember basic preferences, measure activity, or support security. Some pages may use necessary Laravel cookies to support forms and security. We also use a first-party preference cookie named upfront_cookie_consent to remember your Privacy choices, consent version, when the choice was saved, and whether a browser privacy signal was present. That preference cookie is readable by our site scripts so the banner can honor, update, or withdraw your choices.

Our first-party analytics has two levels. When first-party analytics is enabled, we collect cookie-free, non-identifying measurement by default so we can count page views and basic approved interactions without analytics visitor cookies or session cookies. If you allow Analytics in Privacy choices, we may collect enhanced first-party details such as referral source, UTM parameters, viewport bucket, coarse IP address prefix, monthly IP and browser hashes, browser family and major version, operating system, browser language, browser timezone, and interaction properties.

Google Analytics stays off unless you allow Analytics in Privacy choices. If enabled, Google may set its own cookies, such as _ga cookies, and process analytics data under Google's terms.

We use basic Google Consent Mode: Google consent defaults are set to denied before any external Google measurement script loads. Google Analytics does not load unless the Analytics category is allowed. If Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar ad platforms are enabled later, they must stay off unless the Marketing choice allows them.

Marketing cookies may cover ad pixels, campaign attribution, conversion measurement, remarketing, audience building, targeted advertising, and enhanced conversion tools if those platforms are enabled later. We do not currently send enhanced conversion data to ad platforms.

Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, are recorded as part of first-party analytics when measurement occurs and are used to keep enhanced analytics, Google Analytics cookies, and marketing cookies off. When Analytics is off, our site also attempts to delete Google Analytics cookies from this domain where possible. Cookie-free, non-identifying first-party measurement may still count basic site activity. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, and you can reopen Privacy choices from the footer to withdraw or update consent.

Email and Service Communications

If you submit a fit review request or work with us, we may contact you by email or phone to send confirmations, recommendations, project updates, service notices, and direct responses to your inquiry. We may also send occasional business messages if you request them or if they relate to an existing business relationship. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential messages by contacting us at hello@upfrontautomations.com.

If you provide a phone number, we use it to respond to your request, deliver or discuss your requested review, schedule or confirm calls, provide support, and send service-related follow-up. We use phone numbers only for requested follow-up and service-related communication. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP or by contacting us.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, phone numbers, inquiry details, or workflow materials. We do not share fit review requests, contact details, phone numbers, or service inquiry materials with outside parties for routine handling. Those details are built, stored, reviewed, and handled in-house.

The site may load fonts or static assets from third-party providers such as Google Fonts and Bunny Fonts. Those providers may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and requested asset URLs.

We may also share information if required by law, to respond to legal requests, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect our rights or the rights and safety of others, or if Upfront Automations is involved in a merger, sale, transfer, or similar business change.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. For example, we may keep fit review requests, service records, project communications, invoices, and security or analytics records for a reasonable period to operate the business, support customers, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, and improve the site.

Raw first-party analytics events are scheduled for pruning after 180 days. Aggregated analytics, fit review submissions, account records, service records, notification delivery records, fallback recovery records, and logs may be retained as needed for operations, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and business-record purposes.

If a fit review submission cannot be written to the primary database, we may temporarily store an encrypted fallback recovery record and send an internal alert so the request is not lost.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect personal information. However, no website, email system, automation platform, or internet transmission is completely secure. You use the site and share information with us at your own risk.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You have choices about how we use your information:

  • You can contact us to ask what personal information we have about you;
  • You can ask us to update, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and business record obligations;
  • You can ask us to stop sending non-essential emails or marketing messages;
  • You can use Privacy choices from the footer to allow, reject, or withdraw optional analytics and marketing cookies;
  • You can use Privacy choices to turn off Marketing, including ad pixels, retargeting, audience building, targeted advertising, and sale or sharing choices where applicable;
  • You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies; and
  • You can use browser privacy signals or third-party opt-out tools where available.

If you live in an area with specific privacy rights, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond in line with any applicable requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may also provide a more prominent notice. Updates apply going forward when posted. If we make a material change to how we use personal information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
